The title of Pastor Lee Jennings’ sermon for the week of  November 25, 2012 is “The King Who Was, Who Is and Who Is to Come” based on scriptures from Psalm 93 and Revelation 1:1-8.  The hymns for Sunday are “Come, Christians, Join to Sing”, “Great is the Lord”, and “All Hail the Power of Jesus’ Name”.

Worship begins at 9:45 am, followed by education and fellowship.  Our church provides a Nursery during worship service.  First Presbyterian Church is located at 919 E. Tenth Street in Rolla.  Our website is www.rollapresby.org.

Sunday school is held every Sunday at 11:00 am.  We offer a variety of classes for all age groups.

Christmas stockings for GRACE are being prepared.  You may pick them up during fellowship from Carol Jessop.  They are to be returned to church office by December 1, 2012.

Presbyterian Women will be having our annual Christmas Bake Sale and Bazaar on Saturday, December 1 from 8:00 to 2:00 in the Fellowship Hall.

The Mission Committee will be adopting eight families from GRACE for Christmas.  Food, gifts and/or monetary donations may be dropped off at the church by December 12.

The deacons will again be providing care packages to college students and our military serving overseas.  Information is requested by December 3.

The Pre-school will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday November 21-23, 2012.

The church office will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday on Thursday and Friday, November 22-23, 2012.
