Mother’s Day Appeal from Russell House
We hope you will be able to join your neighbors in supporting this year’s Mother’s Day Appeal.
Russell House has responded to the need of a safe place for women and their children as they begin to shape a new life. Over the years:
- We have offered counsel and support to women as they re-establish their identity as a person of worth and value,
- We have built a House (honoring former Rolla physician, Dr. Barbara Russell) that provides the shelter these women and children seek, so that we can provide facilities and support for 62 victims, and
- We have reached out to provide services to those in our neighboring counties of Crawford, Dent and Maries.
Yet, the need does not diminish. There are still victims in need.
An offering may be received either on Mother’s Day, May 11th this year, or at your convenience. Please contact (573) 364-0579 for more information or to request offering envelopes.
Support for these women and children is only possible because of the generosity and commitment from donors like you who care about the health and well-being of our sisters, daughters, nieces, aunts, grandmothers and friends.
