We are sorely in need of folks to sign-up several weeks in advance for fellowship; so please check the calendar sign-up near the office.

CE is sponsoring an Easter egg hunt, rain or shine, following fellowship time on Easter Sunday.  This will replace regular children’s Sunday School.  If you will have visitors with children in the 2-10 age range, please let Mary Kwantes know so we can plan for everyone.

Robert Rogers will be showing the movie, “The Last Temptation of Christ” on Wednesday, April 1st at 7:00 p.m. in the Kensington Park Clubhouse.

The Mission Committee is beginning a new program called “30” Minute Friend  to assist individuals with tasks that might be difficult to do.  A team of two or three members will schedule a time to help individuals with things such as organizing, light maintenance, cleaning, yard work, etc.

The program will begin in April after Easter Sunday.  If you have work requests or you would be willing to be a member of a team, please contact the church office at 573-364-3852.

Flowers for Sanctuary for Easter Sunday:  On Easter Sunday we will accept and appreciate all potted flowers but you must be willing to take your flowers home in the 3 days following worship since care of these is burdensome to church staff and volunteers.  Please bring them to the church by Friday so they can be arranged in the sanctuary.  Thank you.

The worship Committee is NOT doing an early service on Easter and the fellowship time will be a special event.  Please contact Mary if you wish to help.

Mark your calendars for Friday, April 10th – Progressive Dinner for adults only.  Appetizers will be served at 5:30 pm at Kensington, Main Entrée at 6:30 pm at Wellington and Desserts at the church at about 8 or 8:15 pm.  Sign up board is in the hallway outside the office.

Scouting for Food – The church’s Boy Scout Troop 83 is participating in Scouting for Food.  It is a nationwide program to collect non-perishable food for local food banks.  Collection bags are located at the back of the sanctuary and the church office.  Items can be dropped off during the month of March.  For more information contact Jack Murray.  Thanks for your participation.

Mark your calendars for Tuesday, June 2 to join friends and family to attend the Cardinals vs Brewers game in St. Louis.  Bus will leave the parking lot at 4 p.m. for a 7:15 p.m. game.  Cost is $40 which includes bus ride, bag meal and your ticket.  Contact Britt Whitaker or Nancy Marlow for tickets.  Please pay at the time you order your ticket.
